1. Nature of the program

BagTag supports skill- or conduct-based recognition selected by league coaches or authorized officials. It is not a sweepstakes, drawing, lottery, wager, or game of chance. If a league introduces a random promotion, separate official rules and legal review are required before using BagTag for it.

2. Eligibility

The player must participate in the identified league program and receive the physical award plus the current private handoff code for an eligible scheduled game. The claim must be made by an adult parent or legal guardian with authority and within the program's claim window.

3. One award slot, one claim

Each award slot may have only one active verified claim. Its handoff code is separate from the shared batch QR and is retired when a reservation or claim is released. A temporary reservation may hold the slot while email is verified. False, duplicate, transferred, or automated claims may be denied or revoked.

4. Verification

The adult must control the submitted email and complete the current verification step before expiration. A verification link is confidential and may be single-use. BagTag may require additional review when information conflicts, risk signals appear, or the league disputes the award.

5. One reward total

A verified claim creates one entitlement across all participating reward options. Selecting or confirming one option prevents use at another partner. Entitlements and confirmation codes are personal to the award, nontransferable, and have no cash value unless an offer expressly says otherwise.

6. Offer disclosures

The family should review the business, participating location, benefit, purchase requirement, exclusions, available dates, capacity, and expiration before selection. A partner may not add an undisclosed fee, signup, purchase, or data request at the counter.

7. Redemption

The family presents the live eligible flow and physical tag at the participating location. Staff checks the displayed terms, enters the private location PIN where required, submits once, waits for success, provides the stated reward, and punches the tag. Screenshots, forwarded codes, and copied links may be refused.

8. Expiration and availability

Claims, links, reservations, campaigns, offers, and entitlements may each expire. An unavailable, closed, unsafe, or nonparticipating location may be removed. Where practical, the league may provide another eligible option before selection, but no specific business, product, inventory, or substitute is guaranteed.

9. Corrections, revocation, and reversal

The league may review and correct a genuine error. BagTag or the league may revoke a false, duplicate, compromised, ineligible, or abusive claim or entitlement. A completed redemption may be reversed only by an authorized league administrator with a documented reason; reversal does not by itself require a partner to issue another item.

10. Partner responsibility

The reward partner is responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, taxes, inventory, staff conduct, premises, accessibility, and fulfillment of its offer. Product, allergy, dietary, age, and other questions must be answered by the partner before acceptance.

11. Support

For a missing team, game, award, or disputed claim, contact the league shown on the BagTag page. For a service privacy or security issue, use the legal center contact. Keep the physical tag and relevant non-sensitive confirmation details until the issue is resolved.

These documents describe the current BagTag service. A signed order or negotiated agreement may add terms for a particular organization. If you need this document in another format, use the accessibility contact in the legal center.
