1. Parties and order
This League Services Agreement applies between BagTag LLC, doing business as BagTag and the league identified in an accepted order, authorization packet, or workspace record. The order states the program, term, pricing, any physical-tag services, and special terms. If documents conflict, a signed order controls over this Agreement, then the DPA, then the public Terms.
2. Authority and authorization
The signer represents that the league exists, the signer has authority, all submitted evidence is accurate, and the league has approved the program. BagTag may verify authority, request changes, refuse activation, or require reauthorization after material leadership, purpose, program, or legal changes.
3. Service scope
BagTag provides the hosted recognition, claim, reward, partner, sponsor, media, privacy, reporting, and audit features in the applicable plan. It does not replace registration, roster, schedule, scoring, payment, tax, insurance, safeguarding, or legal-compliance systems. The league remains responsible for its sport operations and decisions.
4. League responsibilities
- Maintain accurate teams, schedules, award rules, claim windows, contacts, branding, and public disclosures.
- Award only through trained authorized adults, protect the coach-code roster, give only the matching slot code with each award, and resolve game or award disputes.
- Invite the minimum staff, assign correct roles, remove access promptly, and protect credentials.
- Review sponsors, partners, offers, locations, restrictions, highlights, and privacy requests.
- Provide all notices, authority, consents, permits, and accommodations required for its youth program.
- Do not use BagTag for child accounts, rankings, gambling, sweepstakes, medical records, school records, or unrelated marketing.
5. Activation and lifecycle
A draft league is not public. Activation requires approved authorization and the readiness controls identified in the service. BagTag may hold, suspend, or archive a tenant for security, legal, authorization, safety, nonpayment, or material breach. The league must stop distributing active tags when suspended and cooperate in a controlled wind-down.
6. Family data and privacy
The league determines the local purpose and eligibility rules for claim and optional highlight processing and will use family information only to run the program, respond to the family, prevent abuse, and meet law. It will not provide claim emails or player identities to sponsors, use them as a CRM, or require publicity for a reward. The parties will follow the DPA and coordinate verified rights requests.
7. Youth safety and media
The league will direct adult parents or guardians—not children—to family flows; honor every current media choice; review content before publication; use limited public names; avoid sensitive location or schedule details; promptly unpublish on withdrawal; and maintain a trained moderator and escalation contact. BagTag may remove unsafe or noncompliant content.
8. Sponsors
The league is responsible for sponsor selection, brand permissions, public claims, deliverables, category conflicts, and any direct agreement. A BagTag commitment is not payment. Unless a signed order expressly appoints BagTag for funds, payments and remittance occur outside the service. The league will not describe a sponsorship as tax deductible without qualified support and required charitable-solicitation disclosures.
9. Reward partners
The league reviews each application, business, location, offer, restrictions, dates, insurance attestation, and revision. It maintains enough active reward coverage, provides an escalation path, and promptly pauses inaccurate or unsafe offers. Partner staff do not receive access to claims beyond limited confirmation.
10. Security
The league will use personal accounts, least privilege, secure devices and email, promptly remove staff, rotate exposed PINs, and notify BagTag without undue delay of suspected compromise. It will not export or duplicate personal information except through an approved necessary workflow. BagTag's Security Overview and DPA describe platform measures and incident coordination.
11. Fees, tags, and taxes
Fees and physical-tag costs are stated in the order. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude taxes and third-party costs, are due on invoice, and are nonrefundable after the service or custom production begins except where law or the order requires. The league is responsible for its tax status, receipts, registrations, and statements to sponsors.
12. Intellectual property and branding
Each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property. The league grants BagTag a limited license to host league marks and approved program content for the term. BagTag grants the league a limited, nontransferable right to use the service and supplied production assets for the approved program. Neither party may imply endorsement beyond the approved relationship.
13. Term, exit, and records
The agreement runs for the order term and renews only as stated there. At termination the league stops new distribution and access, pays accrued amounts, and coordinates export or deletion instructions during the stated exit window. BagTag may retain pseudonymized, security, audit, consent, redemption, contract, and legal records as allowed by the DPA and law.
14. Risk allocation and disputes
The public Terms' disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms apply unless the signed order states negotiated business terms. The league will defend and indemnify BagTag from third-party claims arising from the league's unauthorized program decisions, false authority, unlawful content, sponsor or partner promises, or breach of this Agreement, except to the extent caused by BagTag. Applicable mandatory law controls.
