Our commitment

BagTag LLC, doing business as BagTag wants BagTag to be usable by people with disabilities across public, family, and staff experiences. The product target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA as an engineering and design standard; this statement is not a claim that every page is free of all barriers.

Current practices

  • Keyboard-operable controls and visible focus states.
  • Semantic headings, labels, tables, status text, and a skip link.
  • Color contrast checks for league-supplied branding.
  • Reduced-motion support for animated illustrations.
  • Responsive layouts and zoom-friendly text.
  • Automated checks plus manual review of critical flows.

Known limitations

Third-party media, user-supplied logos, imported documents, provider upload widgets, maps, and external sponsor pages may vary in accessibility. We work to prevent or remediate barriers within BagTag and to offer an alternative when practical.

Request help

If a feature is difficult to use, tell us the page or task, assistive technology and browser if relevant, the barrier, and the preferred way to receive information. Do not include a child's sensitive information unless necessary.

  • Accessibility: support@bagtag.com

Response process

We will acknowledge actionable feedback, assess severity and impact, provide a practical workaround when available, and track remediation. Timing depends on complexity, provider involvement, and urgency.

League and partner responsibility

Leagues and partners must provide accurate, accessible public copy, useful location information, and reasonable in-person assistance. BagTag's statement does not replace their independent legal obligations.

These documents describe the current BagTag service. A signed order or negotiated agreement may add terms for a particular organization. If you need this document in another format, use the accessibility contact in the legal center.
